Swords With Beats

THIS IS A PROTOTYPE!

Swords With Beats is a rhythm game in heavy development mainly by HYP3R and some friends. Since this is a prototype, there are things that you will not see now but maybe in a future, as well as a stuff that will change. Check out the discord for bug reports, feedback, updates, devlogs, new releases, and more.

About the game:

You're  a swordsman in a rhythmic world fighting ghosts to the beat of the music!
Additionally hitting notes that come down from the top of the screen.
Are you capable of surviving the battle?

Things you will find in this prototype:

- A lot of bugs.
- One song with 3 difficulties: Thank you ZKETH for letting me use your music as the default map!
- Custom map: Currently there is no editor for it, but you can edit the default map using a Midi Editor, like FL Studio Piano Roll, and you can add a song too, for more info check the guide in our discord server!.
- 4 key gameplay, 3 vertical, 1 horizontal.
- Advanced scoring system, with combo based health, with letter grading at the results and your high score saves!.
- Lots of love put into it. :)

Things that will be added in the future:

- More decorations and details.
- Customizable HP diff and timing windows.
- Support more than one song at a time.
- More settings like offset and changeable key binds.
- Online leaderboards.
- Custom map editor: So far the only way to edit maps is by editing the default map Midi file, but I will work on an editor just for it.
